This is going to be a brief tour of what I call my No-Bull system for how you can join the ranks of all those successful internet marketers generating tremendous wealth on the Internet.

The reason I say it’s a No-Bull system is because throughout your training, you’re going to receive an insider’s firsthand account of exactly what it takes to be successful in generating multiple streams of internet income using ClickBank and a bunch of other techniques.

You’ve already heard all the accounts from other marketers about how much money can be made online, so I’m not going to spend any more time convincing you that it’s possible to generate amazing wealth on the Internet. What I’m also assuming is that you found this site because you want to know exactly how you can get involved. I also will not be so presumptuous as to tell you what you’re capable of earning. So, I’m not going to dangle any dollar amounts in front of you because who knows whether those numbers will seem too high or too low of a goal for you. Rather, I’m going to share real actionable information that you need to know so you can set some solid goals, and get moving right away, and start making lots of money from the comfort of your own home.

One thing you should know is that techniques for generating wealth on the Internet go far beyond just using AdWords and ClickBank to generate revenue, and I’ll cover all those advanced techniques in the money making system that I’m about to show you. However, ClickBank has proven time and time again to be one of the best places to start because it’s easy, and you need to start somewhere.

So let’s get started, and talk about exactly what I cover in our course material, and why you should care.

First of all, Unlocking ClickBank is a system designed to get you started in what is called Internet marketing, and I get you started by first immersing you in what is known as affiliate marketing. Affiliate marketing is one of the core principles addressed within this multimedia course material, however, in the more advanced phases of this course I’ll look at wealth building in the context of Internet marketing which is the larger picture. I want us to first get a firm grip on the principles at the ClickBank level because that’s where you’ll start seeing the quickest cash, and I want to get you paid as fast as possible so you’ll gain the confidence and resources you need in order to really scale things up. I want to teach you how to hit the ball out of the park, it’s important to be having fun and making money, otherwise you won’t have the incentive to move on to deploying more advanced techniques for generating wealth online. Think of it like having an experienced training partner at the gym. Now, how important is it to have someone knowledgeable tell us what all different machines at the gym are, and how and when to work out the various parts of the body? Not only is it important to have someone there coaching us on all the right things to do, but it’s also critical to have a system that allows us to experience steady, continuous growth without overdoing it. In the business world, instead of pulling a muscle, you can do something wrong – or at a less than ideal time – and lose a lot of cash, and that will set you off pace in moving on to other valuable opportunities. What you’ll learn in this Unlocking ClickBank course is not only how to seek the best opportunities, but also how to execute the right things in order to profit from them.

These multimedia course materials are powerful teaching and coaching tools I deliver through our members only website where I walk you through all the money-making principles, step-by-step, using videos, online presentations, expert interviews, blog editorials, live Webinars, a resource directory, product reviews, and even spreadsheet work shops where I walk you through how to analyze opportunities in an excel spreadsheet using our formulas. I even make the videos available as downloads to play on your desktop computer, and include mini versions to download onto your iPod, iPhone, or other portable video device, so you can watch and listen to them over and over, until all these principles I’m going to reveal to you become second nature.

Moving beyond the delivery method, it’s the actual subject matter of what I’m going to teach you that I’m so excited about.

Let’s start by first going to the ClickBank Website, and taking a quick look at a very interesting feature. Here in the right hand corner, you can see the total client earnings paid out by the company since it opened its doors. 1.3 Billion dollars! And this is just one of the companies out there like clickbank. At any given moment I can list at least 40 of those clickbank-like websites off the top of my head, and the techniques you’re going to learn to use in this course will take you far across internet land where you’re going to be prospecting and drilling for profits everywhere. Think of it like having an oracle that tells you where all the best places to excavate gold are, and all you have to do is go there and start digging it out. Now, you and I both know that just having a big mechanical shovel isn’t going to cut it if you’re missing other critical resources. You need to know where to be digging and when. Imagine if you knew that on the side of this mountain was the largest vein of gold, but all you had to work with at the moment was a gold pan; you’ve never set foot on that mountain and, heck, you’ve never even been rock climbing. Well, wouldn’t you also want to know where in the river you could pan for a few nuggets, so you could eventually work your way towards acquiring some mining rights and a crew, before going and blowing a hole on the side of that mountain? If you’re fine with just panning for gold at the river, then hey, who am I to tell you otherwise.

One of the most amusing things I see on the internet, in this affiliate marketing field, are the amazingly diverse crowds of people getting involved. What this tells you is that it’s easy to get started. However, what I’m here to tell you is that it’s not only easy to get started, but that with the proper system you can learn how to become a pro. Just as it’s easy to get to the gym and have them swipe your card each month for the membership fee, achieving real results actually requires your participation and interest. Unlike going to the gym however, setting up your Internet money making system is a lot more like drilling for oil. Once you’ve got the hole drilled, and the pump in full motion, you just sit back and watch the profits accumulate as that pump sucks them right out of the ground as you sleep. Suddenly you find yourself wondering what to do with all that cash, and while some people keep building it up and getting more sophisticated in their approach for extracting it, others just stop for who knows that reason. As I mentioned earlier, I all do things for different reasons, and sometimes the strategy that meets the needs of one person, doesn’t quite do the same for the next. The system I’ve designed is meant to scale up your approach and your profits as you personally grow. Coming back to the oil rig, if you had one rig generating profits, do you think it would be easy to just setup the second rig? Well, it would if you had a plan for how to do it, and if you actually desired to do it. Both of these principles play a very key role in your success.

I can tell you that personally, I walked away from a 12-year career in technology marketing, where I was netting six figures, and I left that in order to do what I do today. I tell you this for two reasons: first of all, I want to impress upon you that wild horses couldn’t drag me away from this business, back to my office or cube at whichever tech company I was working at any time. I just love my freedom. One of the best things for me in the whole world, is getting to work from wherever I want, whenever I want, and doing the things I love.

The other thing is that somehow, while I was making what is a very respectable income, I was still always broke! How could that be? I’m embarrassed to say here in this video just how bad this was for me. Finding a way to make the level of income that I was comfortable with was a high priority for me. But, you see, it wasn’t all about the income, rather it was about getting to do the things that I really wanted. I live in California, next door to Napa, one of the most prestigious wine growing regions in the world. However, I have recently taken a liking to rare, fine Moldovan wines, so what I’ve poured my passion into lately is setting up my own wine import business. But, you see, for me it’s not just about having fine wine, rather it’s about the journey of discovering it in a strange far away land, meeting interesting people, and disconnecting from the familiar, everyday culture, and experiencing something new. The best part about it all, is that not only does my Internet marketing career make all of this possible, but all that marketing savvy also goes back into supporting the growth of my new venture. What you’re going to learn here is going to transcend things that impact your life, but will also touch the lives of those around you, starting with the ones you love. How would you love to teach someone you care about, how to make multiple streams of passive income online?

In this course material, I’m going to carefully walk you through each phase of the affiliate marketing process and all of the different ways you can tap the different types of revenue streams. I don’t care if all you have is a gold pan, I’m still going to be giving you the full surveyors map, so you know where all the pockets of gold are hidden for whenever you need them. I’m never going to tell you that you should go dig them all up because at some point I all need to sit back and enjoy life, and know that while you’re off on that two-week cruise, all your profits aren’t going to tank. Not at all. Even from the comfort of your balcony suite on the Princess cruise ship will you get to log into your online marketing programs with your wifi connection and deploy your next profit mining expedition. After all, there are only so many cocktails you can drink and rays of sunshine you can soak before you’ll be dying to get back to work on new opportunities.

So, how do I get started? First, I need to give you the 4,000 foot view of the lay of the land, so you know what’s where. You don’t want to take off flying without first plotting your course. I learned this from pilot training. Before you can take off, it’s highly advised to first study the map of all the places you’ll be traveling to. The last thing you want to do is to run into trouble while moving really fast, or to get lost.

If you’re still with me, I’d like to invite you to take the next step and dive into the details of how exactly I quit the rat race.

What would you do with all the extra time and money if you didn’t have to go to work today?

Register on the form to the right, to watch a Step-by-Step video on how you can join the ranks of other successful Internet marketers and start earning the wealth you deserve.

A 12-year veteran of technology marketing, and what do I have to show for it? A pink slip and an eau de cash scent on my resume that instinctively makes HR cost-cutters reach for their holster where they keep their “OVER QUALIFIED” ink stamp. Let’s face it, if you’re the Rolex among your breed of professionals, they may want you, but in this recession they’re just not buying like they used to.

Forget the 64-piece toolkit, what employers are looking for are individual screwdrivers, hammers, and chisels, AND they want them at a bargain basement discount! Do you remember that Brady Bunch episode of Johnny Bravo? Greg Brady got a singing gig just because he “fit the suit”. Forget about his true singing and guitar talents. The producers wanted one special quality he possessed, the way he fit in his predecessor’s stage costume, and dubbed over all the rest.

Employers have become increasingly quicker to judge. They don’t know you or your special talents, and frankly, they don’t care as much any more about how diverse your background is. How do they know, maybe you just want a job, and are weary of looking because it’s expensive to not be working, and there are bills to pay, and cool things to do. In my case, how does having high qualifications mean that I’ll run out on a job the first chance I get. They don’t know that I’m an expert at making lemonade from any situation. It’s rather presumptuous of employers to assume that one wants to earn a certain amount of money to be happy. They don’t know the loyal person I am, the work ethic I have, the number of companies I’ve helped become successful, or the millionaires I’ve helped create through successful acquisitions of tech companies. Let’s face it, if you’re the Swiss Army knife, forget it. You’re better off being the wooden toothpick at the Chinese food checkout counter at the time when it’s needed the most. Cheap, single-purpose, and abundant. That’s what’s selling like hot cakes out there. You have to be a specialist. Jack (or Jill)-of-all-trades doesn’t mean jack any more.

So, what’s the big deal, why not just target your search? If you’re asking, then you must be currently employed. However, if you’re reading this, subconsciously you’re also probably constantly wondering for how long you’ll have this job. Maybe there’s already tons of writing on the wall, and you’re looking for a bailout plan, or maybe even just some kind of safety net. My words of advice for the weak of heart or stomach: take care of your job.

Whatever your motivations are at the moment, one thing for sure is that now it’s no fun to be out there looking. I have my own shortlist of things that annoy me about the current job market. I say annoy and not appall because I’m not out there looking myself. I’ve got a formula for financial freedom, so I don’t need to work for others the way I used to. However, if I look at it from a traditional job seeker’s perspective, there are many firsthand experiences that concern me about the job market, and the challenge it represents to anyone who seeks to attain financial freedom.

Er, I’m old enough to be your daddy

As you get older and more experienced in your field, the best gigs you’ll ever land will be from people senior to you who see you as bringing in fresh blood into a company. The job market out there in my tech marketing field of work is filled with tons of young college grads who actually took courses in things that I learned from the school of hard knocks. Heck, when I was going through my business program, I was featured in the campus newspaper for starting a controversial student club that was using “university resources for commercial purposes”. What I was actually doing was rallying a bunch of tech companies to donate hardware and software, so students who wanted to get into Web development could actually get their hands on some cutting edge stuff because the school wasn’t going to provide it any time soon enough. Yeah, there were maybe a few sponsors who got something out of it, but not in massive excess of what they put in. I wouldn’t doubt it if they now have a Twitter 101 course in the course catalog at San Francisco State University where I studied. The tech marketing field being the musical chairs game that it is, is now filled with those young college grads who sooner or later end up looking at your resume. It’s not unlike Neil Armstrong coming back from a 5 day trip to the moon and finding a new college grad sitting in the latest and greatest version of NASA’s space flight simulator. Step aside, Neil.

Wait, don’t move! There’s a huge chip on your shoulder!

OMG, the attitude of some recruiters. I can remember the days when I used to get headhunted out of my comfy post at whichever company I was at. Those were the good old days. Now, one minute you can get a courteous, but hurried, call from a starving recruiter who thinks he can earn a buck off you (if not from the other 75 candidates he’s juggling for that same job requisition), and the next minute he doesn’t know you, doesn’t remember, or disappears all together. It’s so common nowadays that the job your recruiter was so hot on the trail about was closed by a competing starving recruiter, or that it simply got pulled or postponed by the employer. Don’t even get me started on the rescinded offers, drab interviews that cut off at the sound of the lunch crowd marching out of the building, or the neglect to provide status on positions when asked for it. Those courtesies are just no longer there anymore. Oh, and did I mention to forget about that nice printed letter or postcard arriving in the mail from the HR department stating that they’re glad you applied for their job opening, and here is the status. Now, the most you can expect is an email auto-responder, unless of course they’re ready to interview you. Then they’ll call you, but that’s only for a phone screen, because they’ve got so many other candidates to go through. Pray you’re not the first person they called because if you are, statistics show you are 97% guaranteed to not get the job.

Isn’t there some technology to deal with all this technology?

Crisis or not, there are a ton of jobs out there, but also guess what? There are 24.7 million unemployed or underemployed Americans out there vying for those same jobs. What’s more, the U.S. isn’t the only country in a recession. Who knows what sort of traffic those same job sites you go to are getting from foreign nationals hoping to escape their lousy situation with an American-sponsored H1B work visa. What all this translates to is a huge feeding frenzy within a relatively small pool of jobs. Many of those positions being advertised are for newly formed departments that displaced the previous occupants of a ground-zero product group that was ousted, so the close cycle to land that new gig can take much longer, or the job can simply get pulled or evolve into another job requisition, and then you’re likely out of the picture. Out with the old, in with the new. Companies are reinventing themselves as they go, and the smarter ones are out there shopping for specialized components to get a specific job done as they navigate their respective increasingly competitive landscape. There’s no splurging on the phone/fax/scanner appliance. They want e-fax.com accounts that do one thing, and do it cheap.

To get a job in this economic climate, you have to be better than the next person at playing the law-of-averages, while keeping the quality of your applications high. That means that you have to be better at sending out more resumes than you’re used to sending, to a factor of 5, and getting very narrowly focused in your communications. No more one-size-fits-all resumes or cover letters. The saying used to go: if you can’t bedazzle them with brilliance, baffle them with B.S. Those days are gone. Your job hunting tools need to be sharper than ever, or you’re guaranteed to go into the round file, under “S”.

As if this wasn’t enough, now you have all those awful job forms to fill out. Uh, hello, can somebody explain to me why there isn’t a universal standard for handing off resumes from one entity to another. Why at the pinnacle of technology, and during an unprecedented economic crisis, do we find ourselves dealing with this type of technological inadequacy? I mean, come on, how useful is it for companies to keep your resume on file if they don’t hire you the first time around? Nevertheless, every large company out there feels that it’s a necessity to have its own database of applicants, and the disparate technologies they use to collect the data doesn’t speak to the job boards; leaving all the manual, repetitive data entry work to an already overburdened job seeker. You have to draw the line somewhere. Personally, if somebody ever asks me to fill out a job application at a job interview, I refuse to do it. When online, I simply click away.

With all of the hoops you have to jump through now just to land a phone interview, I’m surprised people are still willing to work so hard at attaining such mediocre rewards. After all that effort, you get to be back at a desk, with a whole hour for lunch! Woo hoo! I can be dismissive about this topic because I’m actually an authority on the subject. I’ve been working since I was 12, and I’ve always managed to hustle my way from one good opportunity to another. I was raised by hardworking parents, so I learned how to put skin in the game. Later in my career, all this hopping around from job to job was like my badge of honor. I was a free spirit at the top of my game, skilled within my niche because I could move from one job to the other with grace and minimal effort. Jack be nimble, Jack be quick.

Once I hit the compensation ceiling within my marketing field of work, I must admit I got a bit reckless. After all, what is success for, right? My entertainment habits became more exquisite, and it was starting to draw negative attention among my peers. I was the only employee traveling to Europe from San Francisco for a long weekend EVERY MONTH. I was the only one giving away 25-year old bottles of imported Moldovan red wine around the office. Soon, I found myself in a bit of a social bubble. I started to “sneak off” on monthly trips, so nobody would make an issue of how I was able to do that, etc. You know how office rumors work. I went through the Frankfurt airport so often that soon I was getting hello hugs from the wait staff in the airport lounges. My specific tastes for the good life were also quickly starting to alienate me from my local buddies (as opposed to those buddies I visited when I traveled), and I found myself doing things like abandoning pub crawls after 5 minutes if it looked like a low-class affair. Hey, I’ll be hitting 40 soon, you have to get picky, right?

I wanted to have the good life, and I wanted to bring my friends along, but not if they were only going to be squandering my time and not contributing anything that would lead to either their or my success. Wanting a higher class of life meant also being around people who were of like mind. The best friends I’ve ever had have been those who are open about their dreams, hopes, and aspirations. The interesting thing was that at the center of most of these discussions with these good friends was the topic of the dead end jobs we were all at. What does it matter if you’re netting six figures a year if you need much more than that to do what you really want to do in life? What good does earning that kind of annual base do, if you’re afraid to take off for a long weekend each month to enjoy it because when you come back you might find a pimply recent college grad sitting at your desk. Everyone has a different standard for what makes them happy. I won’t insult you by saying you can make X amount of dollars from my system, just because I know X is a believable number to you. I don’t know you, nor what you’re capable of. I know what I’m capable of, and I know what I’m willing to exchange for the effort that I put into things. I’ll tell you one thing: I’ll never go back to work the way I used to.

At the end of the day, don’t you ask yourself if this brutal job market is worth all the trouble and effort you put into landing a new gig? What I do now nets me a significantly higher return on the effort I put in, that doing anything else now is inconceivable. The bottom line is there’s a much simpler way to make a buck, and it’s not necessary to put oneself through the agony of surviving the local job market. Just side-step it.

When I consider my marketing career outlook and financial future, I’m actually welcoming turning 40 this year.

Looking back at my career and life experiences, it’s clear that everything I’ve ever learned was in preparation for a key career decision I would eventually make later on in life. Financial advice author, Robert Kiyosaki, shares an anecdotal story in Rich Dad Poor Dad, of a boy hungry to get ahead in life and earn a lot of money. Long story short, his friend’s dad teaches him a hard earned lesson by making the boy jump through a bunch of silly hoops intended to show the boy what real career frustration is, then uses the boy’s vexing experiences as parts of the overall lesson. This, my friends, is the school of hard knocks where you learn by doing.

Speaking of hard knocks, I look back at all thos all-nighters I ever pulled trying to get a campaign out the door for an ungrateful employer, or going through the creative agency ‘political gauntlet’ trying to champion one of my client’s projects, just so I could keep my job; only to have to do it all over again for the next client at zero added reward – other than getting to keep my job, of course. During all of my career in marketing I was the cobbler in the beat up shoes, watching bitchy clients walk out of my shop in a fresh pair of Manolos. And, they weren’t even my clients, they were my employer’s clients. I was the proverbial boy in Kiyosaki’s book, jumping through all the stupid career hoops, which amounted to nothing more than running in circles, earning a W2 income or consultant fee. I was the cobbler working for the cobbler.

Don’t get me wrong, I’ve been netting a six-figure income since the mid-90’s, so my story isn’t about rags to riches. Rather, this is a story about being deep in the game and still being fed up with the status quo, feeling trapped, and wanting more. Like every good storyline, there was a trial period followed by a moment of truth, and eventually a triumph. I’m not here to boast about my ClickBank account videos showing this month’s commissions, or a shiny expensive car. Nor am I even here to tell you about what you should want or not want because everybody wants different things. I want to share a story with you about what I wanted, and how I got it.

Isn’t it funny (as in curious funny, not “haha” funny) how it’s all so relative? I mean, think of the countless number of real problems you’ve had, which would only get dwarfed in comparison to the next really bad problem. Then by contrast, how maybe one day you got frustrated for something petty, like when the food server simply didn’t make her rounds quickly enough, or when the sommelier dragged his feet in bringing that second bottle of wine. I know I’ve been in both situation plenty of times, and what I can tell you is that neither of those categories of circumstances are very fun. Small or large, when something is a problem, it just that, a problem. Just as problems can oftentimes get worse, so can life’s rewards. After being sick of being the cobbler’s employee, I hung out my own shingle and started consulting for tech companies. The only thing that changed was that now I got to be the one who kicked my own ass when I wanted to slack off, and even all that suffering wasn’t a guarantee that my clients (read employers) would be happy. Yeah, I got to put myself into a 15% tax corporate tack bracket on pofits, which compared to a W2 graduated income tax scale made me feel brilliant. However, it wasn’t long before I’d rise to the next level of wanting more than what I already had. Life for me is about moving forward, and growing, not staying in one spot festering.

Enter the economic crisis, and I suddenly found myself not only still in the rat race, but in the race with a lot more rats! What used to be a 30-day sales cycle for landing new consulting gigs, suddenly doubled at best, but so did the work I had to do during that sales cycle just to be awarded the gig. Don’t get me started on the current mess of a job market. I’ll reserve that topic for another day. What I want to say is that whatever you want, be it big or small, if you are looking for a solution, there are really great systems out there for attaining that financial freedom.

In my case, I simply was tired of being tied down to a desk. I have a fiancé who lives on the other side of the globe now, and while we were both tied to our native lands for professional and personal reasons, life was slipping away. If I were to rename this blog post, it would be called something like, “How I Figured Out How to Not Be Strapped Down to a Job, So I Could Be Out Roaming the World With My Girl, Doing What the Heck I Want”.

What is it that you want? How much money is it going to take to make that a reality? Can you get that money by doing the same things you’ve been doing all this time? How long will that take?

I don’t know about you, but for me, simply not having to get up to go to a desk job each day is a huge reward. But to think that now I can be with the love of my life, in any part of the world, doing whatever I want is a huge shift in reality; and I didn’t have to cash out of a deflating 401K to do it, nor wait for retirement from some rat-race career.

There are only so many beaches you can lie on, cocktails you can drink, and fancy meals you can eat, before you’re ready to take things up a notch. Metaphorically, when you’ve climbed to new heights and seen how cool the view is from there, all you want to do is bring others up there with you. What is it that you would really like to have now? Is it a fancy new car? Or, is it just any car? As I said, it’s all relative. Are there people out there making money hand over fist in this lousy economy? You betcha. Can you do the same? Absolutely.
